We revamped the global training materials for call center agents, creating annual creative thematics that connected the content for each Premium platform service (MGM+, HBO Max, Showtime, and STARZ) to the design, leaving a lasting impression, improving memorability, and making the information more digestible for agents. The creative was applied across quarterly training decks, job aids, and live learning module videos to ensure consistency and engagement throughout the year
